Spent New Year at a lovely hotel with great facilities and an amazing breakfast selection. the staff was friendly and provided top-notch service. the location allowed for easy access to nearby islands and was conveniently located near bus stops. the cozy rooms were equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including a beautiful view.
Although the bathroom was functional, it was quite small and could be improved. the TV was not working properly and it was not attended despite the request.

cosy family-run hotel with very helpful staff. Good breakfast. Fantastic location - 100 meter from a public beach. We had a room with a great sea view
thin walls - we could clearly heard neighbours.

Big room, great staff, good breakfast, close to beach, modern decor and can really enjoyed our stay.
Sound proofing could be better but not any different than most Italian buildings. Parking is difficult everywhere on Lipari. Noisy dance school across road.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff was helpful and gave me great tips for local travels and tours. The location was perfect, as it was very close to the beach and also a great starting point for boat trips to other islands. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the room itself was cozy and comfortable. I especially appreciated the daily cleaning service and the fact that the room had a well-functioning air conditioner. The breakfast provided every morning was delicious, and the staff were great too ensure that I had a nice stay.
Everything is what I need and want.

Very close to beach. Nice view from "seaview room." Beach-house feel to rooms, which were clean. If you go, be sure to book the boat excursions to the other islands like Stromboli, Salina, etc!
Bathroom and shower were not very nice. Hotel staff did not speak English. Breakfast was not good. Overall a pretty good hotel, but expensive for what it was.

I had a wonderful time at this hotel. the location was perfect - just a stone's throw away from the beach of Canneto. The convenience of being so close to the beach made it easy for me to enjoy the sun and sand without any hassle. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. They went out of their way to ensure that I had everything I needed during my stay, making me feel welcome and valued as a guest. Lastly, the rooms on the upper level were fantastic. Not only did they offer a beautiful view of the mountains, but the beds were comfortable and spacious, providing me with a great night's sleep.
All was perfect, I couldn't ask for anything more.

Every morning we started with a nice talk to the owner, who helped us a lot with arrangments of the program we were going to do and made our stay on the island really warm and special. The hotel is nice, value for money, well located.
Try to get the room with windows not on the road to avoid traffic noise (though we did not close the window).

Great beach location and friendly staff. Breakfast had a good variety of options. The free transfer service to and from the port was very convenient.
Small and outdated bathrooms, with some issues like showers not working properly. The rooms were not as advertised, with limited views and noise from nearby streets.
